FAQs

Q: Is a deposit required to reserve seats and the restaurant?

A: Yes, There is a $250 deposit due at the time you sign and return your Group Reservation Invoice.

 

Q: Do I need to provide entrée selections from my group members before we go to the restaurant?

A: Yes, please provide entrée selections at least two weeks before the show. Some restaurants also ask that other menu items be pre-selected. You will be advised of that information when you select your restaurant.

 

Q: Does our bus driver have to pay for the meal or the show? 

A: Surflight provides one complimentary package for a group of 40 or more. You may choose to use the package for your bus driver. Otherwise, please let the Group Sales Manager know you would like to purchase an additional meal. As long as the show is not sold out, your bus driver is welcome to see the show free of charge.

 

Q: When is the payment for the balance due?

A: Balance payments are due three weeks before the show. Paying this on time assures you of getting the proper number of seats/meals and helps prevent confusion at the time of the show.

 

Q: Can I bring more people than listed on my invoice?

A:  If you have more people interested than listed on your invoice, please call the Group Sales Manager immediately to ensure availability. Many matinees will sell out and restaurants are sometimes booked for more than one group.

 

Q: What if someone in my group can’t come the day of the show?

A: You may change the number of people in your group up until three weeks before the show. No refunds will be made after that time.

 

Q: Can I use any restaurant I choose?

A: You may choose from Surflight’s list of partner restaurants. Your choice must be confirmed with the restaurant by the Group Sales Manager.

 

Q: Do my group members need to pay extra for soft drinks with meals?

A: Please see the menu for the restaurant you have chosen to determine what is included. If an item is not included on the menu, it will not be included in the package price. Please contact the Group Sales Manager with any questions.
