refund policy
There are NO refunds on tickets. Subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability at no charge. Comparable seating cannot be guaranteed.
Single Ticket Purchases may be exchanged for another performance of the same production for a fee of $3.00/per ticket. Comparable seating cannot be guaranteed.
If you have your tickets – emailed or printed - they must be returned to the box office prior to the exchange.
In all cases Tickets must be exchanged no later than 24 hours prior to a performance date. Tickets cannot be exchanged on the day of a performance or after a performance has occurred.
Performance Interruption/ Cancellation Policy
The show start time may be delayed or the performance may be interrupted due to inclement weather or other reasons. If a performance is cancelled before one hour of playing time has elapsed, including scheduled intermissions, your ticket will serve as your rain check.
Rain checks may be redeemed for a ticket of the same value for any performance in the same season or for a refund of the ticket price. If a performance is after a delayed start or resumes after an interruption, rain checks are not valid and may not be exchanged or refunded. We will make every effort to present the performance and typically will not cancel the performance before 8:30 pm. A delayed start time or the length of an interruption in the performance will be determined by theatre management on a per case basis.
Notice of delays or cancellations will be made over the theatre public address system and will also be posted online at www.surflight.org
In the case of a cancelled performance after 1 hour, beginning the following day, rain checks may be exchanged at the Box Office for a ticket of the same value for any remaining performance of the same season subject to availability. Rain checks also may be redeemed for a full refund of the ticket price or donated back to Surflight. A refund will be issued to the purchaser on record with Surflight. A donation receipt reflecting the rain check value will be issued for tax purposes.
Rain checks must be redeemed by September 30, 2023 either in person or by mail to the Box Office. Only actual, legible tickets, in their original form will be accepted as rain checks.
